Chevron Venezuela is accepting online applications for the position Specialist, O&M HSE through April 23, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.
Conduct daily inspections and observations of work areas with supervisors and crew members on Health, Safety, and Environment matters.
- Review and provide feedback to Supervisors and crew on hazard assessment and risk assessment documents, including MOC.
- Coordinate, prepare and implement orientation and HSE training sessions.
- Provide topics, attend and evaluate Toolbox and weekly Safety meetings, and instruct the Supervisors conducting the meetings.
- Completion and submission of incident investigations and reports.
- Conduct Lifting device inspections, hazard analysis, and periodic V&V activities.
- Provide HAZID and include risk assessments and safe work practices, etc.
- Verficate the Lockout procedures, Crane safety services, Forklift truck and any other energy source.
- Provide HES support with program-specific CHESM/ COEM plans. Help HSE execute the IFO roadmap and ensure action items are completed before mobilization to the field. Communicate plan expectations to affected workgroups and related contractors before mobilization to the field. Identify and coordinate applicable OE training.
- Required to participate in Active duty call responsibilities.
- Develop and complete Shaping Plans. Verify that the process is being executed effectively; QA-QC process data; analyze process data.
